Hi, I’m Rick Boxx, President and Founder of Integrity Resource Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to training and equipping leaders to do business God’s way. For 15 years we have been helping leaders apply the Bible in practical ways to their workplace, and now we are excited to be coming to Tulsa!

Billy Graham once said, “I believe that one of the next great moves of God is going to be through believers in the workplace.” And at Integrity Resource Center, we believe the time is near. We have seen a growing interest in leaders wanting help in how to best integrate their faith and their work.

That’s why we have launched our “Marketplace Surge” strategy! We have had great success in Kansas City, St. Louis and Des Moines with our quarterly lunch events, drawing in hundreds of leaders, and building a vibrant Christian business community.  Many of these leaders have then become engaged further in learning, modeling, and teaching biblical principles in their workplace.

We are excited to partner with the leaders of Best MLI to bring our event ministry to Tulsa! If our past is any indication we believe many lives, workplaces, and the business community of Tulsa will be impacted.

If you lead a business or organization mark your calendars for Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2017 for our Tulsa Unconventional Business Lunch event
with special guest:  Bobby Albert.

We are looking for corporate sponsors and a team of people interested in helping launch a ministry in Tulsa that will dramatically impact how many in the Tulsa area do business going forward.

For more information about being a sponsor or to register contact Kent Claggett or Gloria Gonzalez at kclaggett@bestmli.org or gloria@gkgrecruiting.com. For more information about Integrity Resource Center at www.integrityresource.org.

May God bless you, your family, and your work!

Values-Driven Leadership

Management Leadership Institute Partners with Integrity Resource Center out of Kansas City Presents...
August Keynote Speaker
Bobby Albert
God and people fuel his passion

Bobby Albert led the Albert Companies to unprecedented growth—and he did so during one of the most challenging economic periods of our lifetime. His unique leadership, coupled with an unending desire to learn, enabled this CEO and his team to grow revenues, profits, and EBITDA by 500 percent between 2005 and 2011, the year he sold his business to a publicly traded company.

Using a values-driven approach, Bobby created a unique and special workplace culture. The Best 100 Companies to Work for in Texas awarded their coveted designation to the Albert team for the first two years they applied for consideration.

Bobby’s love of God and people has fueled his passion, informed his decisions and guided his leadership. He’s especially excited and humbled about how he learned to successfully weave his heart for ministry into the very fiber of his organization. Seeing his work as worship enabled him to integrate his faith with the high calling of business.

He is currently president of Values-Driven Leadership, LLC. His passion is to help other leaders build inspiring workplace cultures through values-driven leadership. Bobby writes, speaks, and consults with key leaders to share the principles and practices that he used to grow his company from five employees to an organization of more than 150 team members.

As a regular contributor on Fox News Radio, Bobby provides insight on leadership, workplace culture, and employee engagement.

Bobby’s first book, Principled Profits - Outward Success is an Inside Job, will be available summer, 2017.

Bobby lives in north Texas with his wife, Susan. They have three married sons and seven grandchildren.
